We have a few students celebrating their Birthday this month. Therefore, I'd like to answer some FAQ/ Frequently Asked Questions! If you'd like to bring something to eat and share on your child's birthday, please assure it is Peanut/Nut Free. This can be brought in when your child arrives to school in the afternoon.
Throughout the school year, we usually celebrate special occasions and we can get dressed in themed colours for these occasions, unless your child would prefer a costume on Halloween!
This year we will have a class party on the following:
1) Halloween - on Tuesday, October 31st / Color Theme: Black, Grey and/or Orange!
2) Winter Break - Friday, December 22nd / Color Theme: Blue, White, Red and/or Green!
3) Valentine's Day/ 100th Day @ School - Wednesday, February 14th / Color Theme: Red, Pink and/or Purple!
4) Summer / Year End/ Canada Day - Friday, June 22nd / Color Theme: Green & Yellow or Red & White!
We would need 2-3 volunteers per class party to bring one of the following snacks/treats:
A) Crackers and cheese
B) Fruits and/or Vegetables
C) Cupcakes or cookies
